The title delivers on that, and it’s hard for me to imagine a kid who’s a Rubius fan playing this and not enjoying his rise in Newtube City. But This is called Youtubers Life, and its objective is none other than to systematize the culture of the Youtuber, and a romanticized version of his lifestyle, to build a video game around that imaginary. Its offer is what it is, there are things to improve with respect to the design, and its approach does not hide a certain simplicity that at the beginning can play against it. Youtubers Life 2 is a sequel that, in reality, has changed as much as the world it pretends to simulate, which results in a barrage of novelties and approaches with respect to the previous game, which have given it an entity expected by few. Youtuber Life 2 is full of details, even transferring the usual rumor mill about the current video game. That is the case of Youtubers Life 2, a title that has managed to grow by looking at a large of the lifesim like Animal Crossing. The video game is riddled with prejudice (like all cultural fields), and one of the things I like the most about this job is that it forces me to step away from them and invest my time in products that I might not have tried otherwise. What I mean by this is that, after all, rejecting prejudice can be a selfish act that allows one to know first-hand, experiment and learn.
